1. Product Description:
Hot Forming Mandrel Elbow Machine has more than20 year history for making the carbon steel elbow , alloy steel elbow and etc. For the Hot Bending Elbow Machine it is only one way to produce the Butt Welded Elbow which is the fastest way to produce the Carbon Steel Pipe Fitting. Except Hot Forming Mandrel Elbow Machine , we also use the hydraulic press machine to press the raw material pipe into the pipe fitting directly . But before pressing , we need to do heating the raw material pipe and fill with the sand into the inside pipe then after forming pipe fitting . Worker needs to remove the sand out from the carbon steel pipe fitting.

3. For the hot forming elbow machine production process, we use the small dimension and bigger thickness pipe to produce bigger dimension and less thickness elbow. The pipe will go through the mandrel of the hot forming elbow machine and the dimension will be expanded and the thickness of the elbow will be reduce then the elbow is coming. Form the pressure of hydraulic hot forming elbow machine and the inside radian will be gain thickness and the thickness will go to other parts of the carbon steel elbow then the whole elbow thickness will be almost same .
